Susan Zengerle, chair of the Indivisible Montgomery Hearings and Events committee, and committee member Melissa Colbert were in the room today for the first public hearing of the House impeachment inquiry! And if you missed the hearing, Lawfare has a balanced rundown of today's hearing.

Sign up if you're interested in attending future impeachment hearings and be a witness to history! Right now, hearings are scheduled for Friday, as well as Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week.

Susan and Melissa had to get to the Longworth building before 7:30am, and it is critical to get there early if you want to get in. There appears to be space for about 60 or so members of the public in the hearing room. They do allow additional people to enter the room once others leave so if you are in line but don't get in, you could consider waiting for someone else to come out. Again, sign up, and Susan will convey all the necessary information.

Good luck!
