Queensland Youth Week 2019

Queensland Youth Week is almost here, running from 3 to 14 April. This is a time to reflect on the valuable contributions our youth, aged 12-25, make in our communities. The theme this year is "unlimited" in recognition of the boundless energy young people have in pursuing their dreams and the limitless opportunities their futures hold.

Transitional Assistance Funding

 
Applications are now being accepted for the Boosting the Local Care Workforce Program's Transitional Assistance Funding. This funding aims to prepare the disability sector for the transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme through the purchase of tailored supports including business advice, professional services and software upgrades.

Eudlo Music Nights

 
Eudlo Music Nights is being held 6-7 April at Wominjeka Park. The festivities will include live music, open mics, camping, songwriters, Drum/Ukelele/guitar workshops, yoga, maypole dancing, bird watching, salsa and much more. 

There will also be a wealth of musical talent on display in the Return to Woodstock concert and fashion parade which promises to be a Woodstock music bonanza.
