We hope you are enjoying the new format of our emails as much as we are! We love nothing more than to communicate information on this platform, and we need your help! If you have any information to be added to the email blast, we MUST receive the following information by noon on the Saturday prior to the email send date. To have your information included, please send the following to email@example.com:
- A headline and a brief summary (300 words or less), exactly the way that you want it communicated in the blast;
- Any attachments (fliers, forms, link to websites, etc.) pdf version preferred; and
- How many weeks the information should be included in the email.
We are trying to get on an automated schedule so you can get the week's news faster!! Therefore, if we don't receive the information on time, the content may not make it into that Monday's email. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
