Sign up now for 1 month of less sugar, no alcohol, at home workouts, weekly check in / feedback with Manal and 4 FREE Monday sessions with your fellow participants.

That's correct.. I want you to succeed. For 1 month we will cut out the alcohol and sugar, up the exercise, eat clean and, if possible, attend the new Monday 5.45am session.  There is no cost to the challenge, just a commitment to yourself and the other participants.  I will set up a PRIVATE Facebook page where you can swap recipes, exercise tips etc.  You are welcome to take and send in measurements and progress photos if your aim is to lose weight.  Or alternatively your aim might be just to be mindful of what you eat , when and how much.  Whatever your goal, together we have a month to move towards it. I am happy to discuss this with each individual.

Take a look at the timetable on the website for sessions. The February Challenge will commence Wednesday February 1 with the first Monday session 5.45am on the 6th. Participants must be enrolled by Friday January 27.
