Little Athletics NSW is On-Track!
The skills based program developed for children ages 5-9 is building momentum in NSW, with a number of Little Athletics centres embracing the benefits of teaching children the skills of athletics and fundamental movement in a fun, creative, and modified environment.
On-Track has been developed to compliment a Little Athlete’s current experience at their Little Athletics Centre by up-skilling them in the various disciplines, which they can then put into practice. The On-Track sessions are designed like p.e sessions and promote higher engagement, participation and it helps track skill improvement.
Little Athletics NSW is offering the new program to centres on an opt-in basis so if you would like On-Track to be made available to your child this season, first contact your Little Athletics Centre or get in touch with Sarah Skidmore, Participation Coordinator on sskidmore@lansw.com.au
If you need more convincing, check out the On-Track video
