How are you keeping? I'd love to think that you're well - but my own experience (and that of those around me) suggests that the honest answer might be tired, frazzled, burnt out and/or carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders.
I feel you.
And while I cannot fix these things, what I can offer is a time out. A space this weekend within which you can rest, and within which I can provide for you the nourishment and support that you have been providing for others.
It's not free, but, at £10, I hope not expensive either.
Because you really have now done enough. And you really can now put that stuff you've been carrying down. For at least a little while.
