The Word on the Lake Writers Festival is less than two weeks away! Hooray!

A talented group of presenters has been assembled for the enlightenment and enjoyment of writers and readers.

Sessions include both skill development workshops and open forums with presenters, based on questions and answers in a relaxed and intimate setting.

This year, the festival has moved westward to the Sorrento Retreat & Conference Centre at 1159 Passchendaele Road.

Congratulations to Lynne Stonier-Newman, who signed on during Earlybird Registration and won a basket of goodies worth $200! The prize will be awarded at the festival.

But fear not, you can still join us. Regular registration will continue until April 24. Just go to www.wordonthelakewritersfestival.com.
