Did you know that you can check out Audiobooks and E-Books Online with your library card? Groton Free Public Library is a member of the Green Mountain Library Consortium, which provides access to digital materials for our patrons. Log into Overdrive, or Download the Libby App to browse available titles. Need help getting set up? Bring in your device and we can help get you started!

Destination Passes have arrived! The Groton Free Public Library has 2 passes available for Vermont State Parks and Vermont Historic Sites thanks to a partnership with the Vermont Department of Libraries. Each pass admits 1 vehicle holding up to 8 people FREE to any Vermont State Park for one day. The Historic Sites Pass admits one family up to 8 people FREE for one day. 

Additional passes are available for free or reduced admission to select museums include the Old Stone House Museum & Historic Village, Shelburne Farms, the Birds of Vermont Museum, ECHO at the Leahy Center. Stop by the circulation desk for additional details.

Community Resources
How is your house marked? Do you have a reflective green address sign?

Help our first responders help you in the event of an emergency by purchasing and installing a green reflective address sign to mark your home. Order forms are available at the Town Clerk's office or the Groton Free Public Library. Signs cost $15 each, and are provided by the Groton Volunteer Fire Department.
