Happy July 4th!

We’re looking forward to celebrating July 4th. Please be safe and enjoy Independence Day! We have included a summer recipe to enjoy.

Bayview Community Co-op Summer Recipe

Fresh, crisp apples keep making appearances in our all-organic grocery boxes, so what better time to highlight this versatile fruit?

We're rolling out our summer recipes - starting with New York's baker Mike Johnson. His blog, Mike Bakes NYC, "focuses on indulgent yet approachable comfort foods and desserts, encouraging home-bakers of all experience levels to have fun in the kitchen."

We chose this one knowing it's easy - all ingredients get mixed in one bowl, no electric mixer required. Find the recipe now on his baking blog.

Happy baking!

When asked what inspires her to work for AIM, Brittany shared she has always wanted to give back. She believes that food equity and education is important. She also values AIM's mission of equity, diversity, and inclusion when it comes to food justice in action.

Brittany also shared what she wants people to know about AIM. “We do more than just Farmer's Markets. We also supply Bounty Boxes, the Mobile Market as well as the Diggin Education program. We do a lot for the community.”
