Elisha Wells Stroupe is the author of the book Desperate Farmwives, adapted from her blog Desperate Farmwives. She has compiled a collection of stories of a small town girl who swore she’d move to the big city after college. Now in her late thirties, she’s living on a farm that’s nowhere near a Super Target as she had planned. Free and open to the public - books will be available for purchase.
Cook the Book Potluck! Everyone uses the same book but not the same recipe. Stop by the library and pick up a recipe to try! This month's book is The Best Recipes in the World (2005).
