Yearbooks are ready!!! Unfortunately, yearbooks were not able to be distributed with the normal fanfare. As such, distribution will be conducted at the home of one of our Sam Hughes’ CREW’s Parents’ houses located in the Sam Hughes Neighborhood. Lillian Taylor’s parents (Joe and Melanie) will be handing out yearbooks (in a sealed plastic bag) in front of their home at 45 N Treat Avenue. Their house is located on the Northwest corner of N Treat Ave and 10th Street. There is a large saguaro and texas ebony on the corner of the lot. You will need to approach the house coming south on Treat Ave.
Please have the following information ready to hold up in your car window when you drive up:

Number of Yearbooks Ordered
Joe or Melanie will put your yearbook(s) in your trunk, or hand them through the car window to an adult. They kindly request you stay in your vehicle.
If you choose to walk through the beautiful Sam Hughes Neighborhood to the house, the Taylors kindly request you mask up prior to approach.
Cotton or Neoprene masks and disposable gloves will be worn by the Taylors.
Distribution Schedule Details:
Time: 8:00am to 2:00pm
Based on the 1st letter of the student’s last name
Thursday, July 2nd: Students with the last names that begin with A-L
Friday, July 3rd: Students with the last names that begin with M-Z
Time: 6:00am to 10:00am
Based on need
Saturday, July 4th: Anyone who could not come during their assigned time the previous days.
If you work, are out of town, ill, cautious, and cannot come on any of those days, please contact Melanie Taylor at melanieraetaylor@gmail.com to make alternate arrangements.
Any unclaimed yearbooks will be returned to the PTA for distribution in August after the start of the school year.
