Chicken Liver Pâté $15 (300ml jar)
This creamy and smooth pate is wonderful to have on hand for any New Year's feast. It's absolutely delicious with crunchy bread, some new season redcurrants and a smear of chilli jam. Packed in a decorative preserving jar so great for a foodie present too or to impress at a party! :-)
Let it warm up to room temperature for an hour before serving. Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks, or one week once opened.
Ingredients: Chicken livers, unsalted cultured butter, mustard powder, brandy, nutmeg, garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper

The Bondi Cook Labneh $8 per 230g pack 
Spread on lavosh and top with sliced Xmas ham and a slice of ripe tomato, add to a grain salad or wipe over flatbread and add BBQ'd chicken, rocket and chilli jam...
Ingredients: Greek yoghurt, strained until firm with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon peel

Rosemary Spiced Nuts $10 (200g)
This Ottolenghi-inspired recipe is a great snack to start off your Christmas lunch - and they are also beautifully packaged to give as a gift.
Ingredients: pecans, cashews, macadamias, pumpkin seeds, almonds, rice bran oil, nigella seeds, honey, sunflower seeds, black pepper, rosemary, cayenne, garam masala, salt

The Bondi Cook Bread and Butter Cucumber Pickles $12 (375ml)
My take on cucumber pickles - squash them into a ham sandwich why don't you?! 
Cucumbers, white wine vinegar, caster sugar, onions, salt, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, dill seed, peppercorns, chilli flakes.
Per 375ml jar.

The Bondi Cook Tomato Chilli Jam $10 (230g)
The old favourite! Spicy, sweet and perfect for a fried egg sarnie or steak sandwich, or even smothered all over a big ham and baked for New Year!
Tomatoes, raw caster, red wine vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, chillies, ginger

Per 230g jar. Contains fish!
Magic Dough $10
(makes 2 large pizzas or 1 focaccia)
This ‘magic’ dough recipe can form the base for pizza and calzone, flatbreads, focaccia etc… Just roll it out, top it and bake it!

For pizza: cut dough in half and roll out to fill a 35cm diameter pizza tray, cover with sauce, dot with bocconcini and sprinkle with shaved grana padano. Bake for 12 minutes at 220C until cheese is bubbling, then drape with prosciutto (or leftover ham...) and fresh rocket. Easy!
Ingredients: Plain flour, water, salt, yeast, extra-virgin olive oil

Crunchy Granola Suite $8
Sprinkle over brekky yoghurt, douse in a big bowl of milk  or just snack out of the pack  like I do...
 Ingredients: Rolled oats, shredded coconut, pepitas,  sunflower  seeds, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla  extract, cinnamon, orange  zest, flaked salt. 
 Per 250g packet. Wheat free!
