National Survey of Children and Young People’s Social Prescribing in England

This survey on children and young people’s social prescribing has been commissioned by the National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP), for NHS England & Improvement. The survey is designed to give as accurate a picture as possible of the current provision of children and young people’s social prescribing in England.

Knowing where schemes are and where they are planned, how they are funded and organised and who is benefitting is essential for directing future investment.

Your views and experience of children and young people’s social prescribing are very important.  Whether you are a link worker, coordinator, referrer, activity/service provider or commissioner/funder, we want to hear from you. Whether the scheme you are telling us about is up and running, preparing to launch or at the planning stage, your opinion will help build the picture.

By taking part in this
survey, you will be helping to build the evidence base and the business case for more children and young people’s social prescribing which is much needed.

click here to go to the survey and share your experiences.   The survey closes on the 25th of May 2022.  Please feel free to circulate this survey to other colleagues who may be interested.

Thank you in advance!
