CEO MESSAGE
Dear Members and Subscribers,
We had a fantastic launch of the Biochar Industry 2030 Roadmap Fund last week with very informative presentations by our selected team. You can now sponsor the roadmap which incorporates a 2-day summit in September with the National Biochar Awards ceremony at a gala dinner. We are very chuffed to announce we have reached a 25% milestone today and we would like to thank the 14 supporters listed on the campaign page so far! We are not going backward, so why not join us by sponsoring directly or joining ANZBIG over the next five weeks?
The carbon removal sector of which biochar is only one of six technologies recognised, is hotting up as you will see from major announcements made by corporates such as NASDAQ and Microsoft as well as organisations such as Science-Based Targets and the DOE. ANZBIG aspires to be a Super Innovation Cluster somewhere after 2030 but definitely by 2050 and therefore our main aim in life is to grow the sector by being a magnet for entrepreneurs, academics, capital finance, government, and corporates.
I hope you can see this potential laid out before us and the path that we will provide with the roadmap as more and more innovative biochar technology and projects get funded!
Best Chars,
Don Coyne
