Community Swimming Grants Open Now

Swimming Australia is inviting community groups and organisations from across the country to apply to the Community Swimming Grants Program aimed at increasing physical activity and reducing barriers to participation for people with disabilities and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Funded by the Sport Australia Move It AUS – Participation Grants Program, community organisations can apply for a grant of up to $10,000 to fund projects that increase physical activity and reduce barriers to access.

The grants are specifically aimed at assisting people with a disability and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds as these groups of people can often face increased barriers when it comes to accessing swimming opportunities.

Find out how your Club can get involved by clicking the button below.

Join the study into the economic, health and social benefits of swimming

Swimming Australia has commissioned Sport Business Partners and Street Ryan to complete a Community Impact Study to measure the Economic, Health and Social Benefits which swimming delivers to the Australian community.
This study will assist Swimming Australia and Swimming Queensland in elevating its standing in the eyes of key stakeholders, corporate partners and all levels of government. Importantly, it will provide us with a holistic view of the swimming industry.
We would greatly appreciate your valuable input and encourage your Club to be involved!

Trifecta Workshops are heading into Central Queensland and Wide Bay!

After the great enthusiasm we've had for our Trifecta Workshops this year, we're excited to be delivering two of these incredible workshops in Central Queensland and Wide Bay.

Within each Trifecta Workshop, our World and Olympic level athlete mentors share their experiences and what they've found helpful in reaching the top of their sport.

Participants then jump in the water to work on swim-specific skills, alongside our athlete mentors; so they can watch, learn and do!

Lastly, there is an opportunity to have photos, get things signed or ask them questions. Numbers are limited so get in quick to secure your place!

Please remove all MyLANE and ClubLANE links

Swimming Queensland asks Clubs and Regions to remove all hyperlinks to MyLANE, ClubLANE and Results Central across all platforms.

Links to MyLANE, ClubLANE and Results Central will all become inactive as of the 11th October as our national member and administration portal, Swim Central has replaced the previous MyLANE and ClubLANE portals.

A new National Public Results Portal will be replacing Results Central and we will let you know as soon as it is ready to be shared!
