Q Swim App - Free Subscription Ending Soon
Last season, Swimming Queensland joined with Australian Swim Team Physiotherapist Tom Barton to launch an innovative app – Q Swim. The Q Swim App was created by Tom to help coaches assess, track and address body position out of the pool.
Thank you to the athletes and coaches who were part of the collaboration’s introductory offer, we trust they enjoyed the benefits of the App to their swimming. The free 12-month access wraps up on 30th September. From here, if no action is taken, the subscription will end.
While there is no obligation to continue a subscription, we at Swimming Queensland think it is both a valuable and affordable resource for athletes and coaches alike.
In the 2019/20 season, swimmers and coaches across selected development programs, teams or squads (listed below) will receive an invitation with an offer to access Q Swim for free during the 2019/2020 season.
For any other athletes and coaches wishing to take advantage of the App, it is also available on both IOS and Android devices. Subscription is a low price of $1.99/month or $19.99/year, with the ability to cancel at any time.

Join the study into the economic, health and social benefits of swimming
Swimming Australia has commissioned Sport Business Partners and Street Ryan to complete a Community Impact Study to measure the Economic, Health and Social Benefits which swimming delivers to the Australian community.
This study will assist Swimming Australia and Swimming Queensland in elevating its standing in the eyes of key stakeholders, corporate partners and all levels of government. Importantly, it will provide us with a holistic view of the swimming industry.
We would greatly appreciate your valuable input and encourage your Club to be involved!
