Oh, hi friends!

What is freaking you out right now?

Is it a text message whose meaning is unclear?

The amount of work you have to do?

Newfound instability or changes?

A lack of balance?

Chances are *something* is freaking you out.

Now…is there anything you can do about it?

(The answer might be no!)

But if the answer’s yes…can you try that?

Ask for clarification.

Chip away at the work.

Accept that everything changes, all the time.

Tilt the seesaw the other way.

Don’t let the freak-out win.

Tim Herrera has advice you could use.

In her Wimbledon debut, 15-year-old Cori Gauff beat her idol Venus Williams. FIFTEEN!!! This 90-second video gave me chills. From NYT: “Gauff said in a postmatch interview that at the net with Williams ‘I told her thank you for everything that you did. I wouldn’t be here without you. I always wanted to tell her that.’”
