Oh, hi friends!

Asking for what you think you deserve is a multi-step process.

First you have to know what you think you deserve.

Then you have to believe you deserve it.

Then you have to ask for it.

Which step trips you up the most? (I get bogged down in all three!)

Carol’s Daughter founder Lisa Price said this during an event I wrote about for WeWork and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. 

(Also thinking about how she learned to be a leader even though she’s an introvert; you don’t have to become a different person, she said, but rather figure out how to pull up the energy to do it — and make sure to recharge later.)
