The 2019 GRAND PRIX HANDIGOLF DUNKERQUE

will be played over the fantastic Bluegreen Golf resort
 

About the course..

 

The 76-hectare golf course has eighteen holes dating from 1983, which were extended by a further nine holes in 1999. It features walls of gabion and wood, honeycomb turf partitions and green walls designed to evoke the architecture of Fort Vallières.



DETAILED SCHEDULE


DAY 1 : Friday August 30th

Player arrival & registration

Practice Round

DAY 2 : Saturday August 31st

Starting at 8:30 am First round: Strokeplay / Stableford

Barbecue at the golf clubhouse planned for 19.00 

DAY 3 : Sunday September 1st

From 8.30 am Second round: Strokeplay / Stableford

16:00 pm Awards Ceremony followed by Cocktails

ELIGIBILITY

Medical Certificate


Each player must register a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of golf in competition before the start of the competition (either directly with the Federation or by having it registered by his/her own club).

This certificate can not, under any circumstances, be confused with the medical pass that you must have. For those who have not yet registered, we recommend that you keep a copy of your medical certificate with you.

Grand Prix open to all French or Foreign citizen disabled amateur players who hold the medical pass (for conditions to obtaining the medical pass please follow information at: 

http://www.ffgolf.org

Registration is limited to 50 participants. For additional requests exceeding the limit, registration will be decided upon index level and according to golf cart availability
(limited to 10).

REGISTRATION CLOSING: Tuesday, August 13th at midnight

CHAMPIONSHIP AND OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
 

Referees: Official referees will be provided by ffgolf

Flights: See above

Transfers: See above

Trolleys: will be available on the golf course, reservations are required in the golf shop see additional information.

Buggies: will be available for players with an Access Pass or WR4GD Pass with a buggy indication - it may be that some facilities have a mandatory buggy policy in place - in this instance it is expected that all players comply.

Official Time: The clocks of the club house at the first tee will display the official time and will be your reference for the pace of play.

Prize Giving: will be according to the EDGA prize giving ceremony manual.

Category 1: Players with an EGA Handicap of 4.4 or lower
Category 2: Players with an EGA Handicap between 4.5 and 11.4
Category 3: Players with an EGA Handicap between 11.5 and 18.4
Category 4: Players with an EGA Handicap between 18.5 and 26.4
Category 5: Players with an EGA Handicap between 26.5 and 36
Category 6: Players with an EGA Handicap between 36 and 53

Categories can be unified by the Committee in case of a low number of
players.

A sudden death play-off will be used to determine the winner if there is a tie for first place.

If a playoff involves more than two players, those other than
the winner will be deemed to have tied for second place regardless of their scores in the play-off.

Ties other than for first place will not be subject to play-offs.
