Holiday Office Hours
The SVCA Welcome Center will be closed on January 2nd for the New Year's Holiday.
The Rec Center will be open from 8am to 7:30pm

2023 Board Meetings
Board Meetings will now be held in person in the Dance Barn on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.
Members who watch the meeting online will not have the opportunity to comment.

Dues Coupons for 2023
2023 dues coupons should be in members' mailboxes now. This year is unique as the Special Assessment ends in May and monthly dues will decrease beginning in June. A second coupon book will be sent out in May to reflect the lowered dues payment. From January 1, 2023 - May 2023, monthly dues for a developed lot (Rec Special Assessment, operations, and capital dues) will be $144.31. From June 2023 - December 2023, monthly dues for a developed lot (operations and capital dues) will then decrease to $141.81 to comply with the 2019 SGM Dues Limitation Bylaw.

Christmas Tree Pick Up
Once again, the Boy Scout Troop 4019 will be picking up discarded Christmas trees in the Valley Market parking lot. Your trees can be dropped off on Friday, January 6th from 4pm to 7pm, and Saturday January 7th from 8am to 12:00

Gate 9 Mailboxes
The Gate 9 Mailboxes that were damaged the pre-holiday snowstorm have been repaired. Thank you, Maintenance, for your quick work!
Mail service throughout Sudden Valley may still be affected by high package volumes. The Post Office is working to clear the backlog and return service to normal.
