Now that power is coming back on for many, it's time to kick our collective recovery efforts into high gear. This Saturday, August 22 starting at 8 a.m. we will have teams of volunteers fan out across the area to help homeowners clean up from this destructive storm.

If you need help – big or small – don't hesitate to reach out to Daniel Luepke in the church office and let him know your needs. He is working to match jobs to a number of local and out-of-town volunteers so we have enough people at each site, and to map out sites so we can move efficiently from one to the next.

If you can give help – Whatever assistance you can give is appreciated! If you can only rake, that's great and needed. If you've been hiding your skills as an experienced, fully rigged tree-felling climber, now is your time to shine! You should also get a hold of Daniel in the church office and let him know what kind of skills or tools you can use and volunteer with.

Daniel Luepke can be contacted in the church office at Daniell@, of call him at 365-1494 x.103.
Coordinating with the Wider Church
Synod Staff have been in contact with the Lutheran Disaster Relief and we are also partnering with other congregations locally. Financial contributions to assist those affected by the derecho can be made in the church office.
