We offer 17 drop-in classes a week! Have you found a class (or two or three) in the week that suits your needs? We have different styles of yoga to help you balance your state of mind, your physical body and nourish your soul!
Read the list below to find the class(es) that are right for you. If you know a friend that is just starting up or someone who is new to the neighbourhood send this email along to them and share the gift of yoga. And for newcomers, our Introductory Pass to one month of unlimited classes for $40 is a great deal.
YIN - focuses on stretching the deeper connective tissues in the body. Postures that are easily supported are held for 1-5 minutes with muscles relaxed. Suitable for all levels
CLASSICAL YOGA - Based on traditional Hatha yoga, classes include breath work, warm up poses, slow moving standing poses followed by floor poses. End off the class with gentle strength work and relaxation in savasana. Suitable for all levels
POWER - Strong postures, strong focus. From core work to squat work we use props to challenge a variety of movements in the body; burn off steam and then unwind into the stillness of final relaxation. For active beginners and seasoned yogis alike who want to work strong.
FREE YOUR HIPS - An all-levels class that will release tension in the hips of desk jockeys, fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all walks of life.
SLOW MINDFUL FLOW -Dive into the deep and powerful practice of slow subtle yoga. When you slow your yoga practice down, you feel every move, improve mental focus and become stronger and more capable in these movements. Suitable for all levels
YOGA FUSION - Anything goes in this class! Move through traditional yoga poses, learn self massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls or practice restorative movements designed to help you lead a movement rich life on and off of the mat. This class is suitable for all levels
STRONG & STEADY - Strong, deep and delicious this class is for students wanting to improve their alignment, physical endurance, core strength, and deepen their practice. For active beginners and seasoned yogis alike who enjoy a stronger class.
EVENING or MORNING FLOW - After a gentle warm up, flow into poses linked by breath to create meditation in motion. Strengthen and stretch to energize the body and focus the mind. Finish off class with a rich and delicious relaxation. Suitable for all levels
TGIF CLASSES - These seasonal classes are restorative in nature and offerings are varied week to week. Check our schedule to see what's being offered! Get your weekend started off right with a mediation class, yoga nidra, candlelit yin and more.
YOGASSAGE and HOT STONE RESTORATIVE
ARE BACK !!
These restorative classes are 2 hours of pure bliss. Yogassage is coming up on March 20th and Hot Stone Restorative happens on May 1st.

Join SOULHUM this coming Sunday February 2nd for our monthly chanting circle. We are happy to open our doors to the community to share in music, the uplifting vibrations of call and response chants and of course the lovely snacks afterwards 🙂
