Invitation to a Happier, Healthy and More Resilient Life
You know me as a Naturopath caring for people in holistic ways and providing therapies. I’ve discovered in the Craniosacral Therapy work that I'm doing, that this is trauma therapy. I am also a trainer and coach of the Connection Practice which has been a profound way to make shifts. I combine the Connection Practice with the gaining of an insight with my Craniosacral work. This is really something to be open to experiencing if you have deep rooted health issues that have been stubborn to resolve. It gets frustrating to seek advice from professionals and experts in their field without gaining results. It becomes a powerless state to live in and can quickly result in depression. Finding answers yourself through the process of the Connection Practice is empowering! I am a fan of this approach where you become the expert about your health. I feel honored to facilitate this process and paradigm shift for people.

I envision providing small groups for survivors of trauma, loss, and anyone that has stress... and who doesn't(?). The course is required before small groups can form.
What the Connection Practice and/or Craniosacral Addresses:
· Anxiety/worry and stress
· Pain (physical ailments and emotional)
· Emotions of loss and grief
· Process daily life frustrations and challenges
· Gain answers from a heart place
As a naturopath, a holistic view of the body certainly includes the mental and emotional aspects of wellbeing. Integrative medicine is my forte and in interfacing with the medical community working jointly on patient's behalf, I find the need for greater patient support. I provide this through programs and stress reduction therapies. Biofeedback and neurofeedback are effective clinical therapies, but human touch is another layer. Craniosacral Therapy addresses the unwinding of body tension. In this process, emotions surface. Having the skill to facilitate one's emotional processing is one that comes naturally to me. Now trained specifically in trauma care, I understand that being well resourced is the key. I teach people how to find their inner resources to regulate their arising emotions. This is a great gift of empowerment and rewarding work to see people gain more awareness and control of their lives.
