Heading Into Winter - How to Prepare 

Mental health may be on everyone's mind these days. How can help? Make a point to reach out and see what plan can be made to support you best. One way is with an empathy practice rooted in science. Join a group or have one on one time connecting. Connection is a universal need we all share. Guidance through your difficulties with a stress reduction practice proven to work is a smart move. 

Signs you need more support: 
  • Irritability
  • Overwhelm
  • Feelings of confusion, fog, "in-the dumps", bouts of anger or other emotions
  • Loss of interest in previously enjoyable activities
  • Hard time making decisions

Another noteworthy topic heading into the darker months of winter is our nutritional status involving Vitamin D and something that effects our inflammation levels; the omega index.
