You may have heard me refer to building Inner Resources, which are skill sets advantageous to discover and build upon in order to better face adversity or times of increased stress. Learning ways to build your inner resources and a sense of resilience is easier than you may think. I am now offering what I am calling a Transformative Journeying Program to guide a group through the support and healthcare needed for optimal well-being. Why not stop in on a Wednesday afternoon? You may have a couple questions you’ve been wanting answered or have been sensing that something is off kilter. Don’t put it off because you are not ready to book an appointment and pay the full session fee. Functional tests in-office can help determine hypoadrenia (adrenal fatigue) for example as just one important condition to monitor. The findings determine what kind of immune support is best.
One of my favorite ways to instantaneously induce healthy immune function is by accessing a state of gratitude. We can access this state and cultivate more gratitude by joining Connection Circles where we practice this technique.
