HelloFresh announced it will offset 100 percent of the carbon dioxide emissions generated from its operations, outbound shipping and corporate travel. Through carbon balancing initiatives and investments, HelloFresh is taking an industry-leading step towards reducing its environmental impact across all US brands including EveryPlate and Boulder-based Green Chef.

Lily’s Sweets Launches Cookies
New cookies hit shelves in Northeast region Costco stores 

Boulder-based Lily's Sweets launched its first snack item into retail stores: a low-sugar chocolate chip cookie. The cookies launched in 30 Northeast region Costco stores in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. 

DiNoci Dairy-Free, Artisan Plant-Based Frozen Dessert Launches Four Flavors
Frozen desserts available at Colorado Whole Foods, Lucky’s Markets

Boulder-based DiNoci Natural Foods announced four new flavors: Cherry Crisp, Cookies & Crema, Vanilla Bean and Espresso Chip. The company's almond milk-based desserts use clean ingredients, are free from gums and additives, and are available at Colorado Whole Foods, Lucky’s Markets and select independent grocers.

Farm Eats Direct (FED) Connects Community with Local Farmers to Reduce Food Waste 

FED is taking the local food hub mobile  
Boulder-based FED has a mission to convert what would otherwise have been food waste into profits via a mobile processing unit. FED travels to farms, harvests surplus produce, then converts it into multiple revenue streams such as meal kits, catering services and ingredients for food trucks.

Ibotta Launches Campaign to Bring Attention to Wasteful Paper Couponing Industry

Ibotta teams with Nestle, The Honest Company and 20+ brands to raise awareness
Denver-based Ibotta, a mobile rewards and payments platform, launched its inaugural sustainability event to raise awareness of the more than 37,000 trees wasted every day on unused paper coupons. To celebrate Earth Day's 50th Anniversary, Ibotta is offsetting the environmental impact of paper coupon production by partnering with Trees for the Future to plant up to 1 million trees during the month-long campaign.
