Hello Green Lake Families!

School Directory

Want to plan a birthday party? Need to figure out how to contact your child’s new friend for a playdate? Choose to opt in to the School Directory

In order to create our annual GLES School Directory, the PTA collects information from each family to be included. The School Directory is a convenient way to facilitate rides for your child, playdates, parties, or get information about upcoming events from fellow GLES families. We hope you opt in! You can find the form here. Email membership@greenlakedragons.org with any questions.

GLES Clothing Drive - Oct. 24th to Nov. 1st

Have you or your kids outgrown their slickers and boots?  We have a solution for you; Greenlake Elementary is having a clothing drive to benefit FamilyWorks!

With the weather turning chilly, families in our community are in need of:

  • Children's winter clothing e.g. long sleeved tops, sweaters, warm coats
  • Children's rain coats and boots
  • Children's shoes
  • Adult winter coats
  • Adult warm socks and gloves

Bins will be available at the GLES cafeteria from October 24th to November 1st and at the Fall Harvest Festival!

We appreciate you bringing in your gently used items.  Send it with your kids to school those days and have them make a "deposit", drop if off yourself or bring it to the Fall Festival.

Thank you for your kind donations!

Green Lake PTA

We are very fortunate at Green Lake Elementary to have an active PTA that is and has been such an integral part of the school community for many years. We hope you will consider joining.

Why join the PTA?
  1. Our goals are to promote the education, welfare, health and safety of all children at Green Lake Elementary school. We reach our goals through volunteer support, financial resources and community building.
  2. A WSPTA membership card is valuable! Benefits include local and statewide discounts, advocacy, scholarships, programs, volunteer support, services to local PTAs and councils, and training for PTA leaders.
  3. It’s FUN! Our events and activities support closer links between home and school and endeavor to bring staff and families together in support of our school.

With a long and rich history of doing the right thing for children and families, today’s PTA is still the premier child advocacy association. Won’t you join us? http://www.greenlakedragons.org/pta-info.html
