The Heart of Peace:
Unifying Our World Through Music

In response to the deepening humanitarian crisis caused by the war in Ukraine, The Rotary Foundation has created a Disaster Response Fund to support the relief efforts. Contributions to the Disaster Response Fund received by 30 April 2022 qualify to provide relief to refugees or other victims of the war in Ukraine, including items such as water, food, shelter, medicine, and clothing.

On April 23rd at 6:00 pm Pacific Time, The Heart of Peace: Unifying Our World Through Music Concert will take place and is sponsored by the Rotary E-Club of World Peace. The concert is being held to promote giving to The Rotary Foundation Disaster Response Fund and monies donated will be used in Rotary Districts in Ukraine and surrounding countries for the immediate needs of refugees. Over 7 million dollars have already been distributed.

You will join world-class musicians, Gary Malkin and Amikaeyla Gaston performing, a special video of Ukrainian musicians as well as acclaimed poet, Kim Rosen and noted spiritual leader and humanitarian Rev. Dr. Barbara Leger.  Rotary International CEO, John Hewko, who has family in Ukraine and helped write the Ukrainian constitution, will be sharing his thoughts and comments.  The concert will be live-streamed on Facebook and the QR code and Bitly Link ( on the promo image can be used to attend.  Please share the flyer below with your family, friends, and your networks. Thank you!

I am available to answer any questions you may have and we look forward to seeing you there.
