NEW Return to Learn Health Modules
for K-12 Students
New PK-12 content has been created in the Student Personalized Learning System from AEA Learning Online in partnership with Department of Education consultants. The new modules are: R2L: Health & Safety- Preschool-2nd Grade Student Edition; R2L: Health & Safety- Grades 3-5 Student Edition; R2L: Health and Safety Module for Grades 6-12. Each module features learning videos, important content related to health topics that are age appropriate, and each page, for the K-5th grade students, in the module is read aloud.
R2L: Health & Safety- Preschool-2nd Grade Student Edition: Students in grades PK-2nd grade will be greeted by "Germy the Germ"! He will walk students through important content related to handwashing, face coverings, and social distancing. Click on Germy to take you to this Return to Learn module for your students to understand the importance of these topics.
R2L: Health & Safety- Grades 3-5 Student Edition: Students in grades 3-5 will be taken on as an intern at the HSL or Health & Safety Lab. Dr. Maddie and Dr. Marco will lead students through important drills. Once these drills are complete, students will become a "true scientist" for the HSL! How fun to be working alongside young Dr.'s to explore topics of handwashing, coughing etiquette, face coverings, and physical distancing. R2L: Health and Safety Module for Grades 6-12: Middle and High school students will review important topics of handwashing, coughing etiquette, physical distancing, and face coverings. These are review as students in middle and high school need a reminder on the importance of these topics.
