A Newsletter That is Actually Helpful

Dominique Derden

We all get newsletters, from schools, employers, churches, and activities we are involved in. And most of us delete them without a second thought. Others may skim them, looking for coupons or significant dates. Here's why this newsletter should be different for you:
1. Its about you! You'll find information and articles related to the issues we see most often in our practice from you, the client.
2. Helpful tips. Every issue will include simple, realistic tips for self-care.
3. Quarterly. We won't spam your inbox constantly. We will send you this newsletter quarterly, but if you really like what you read, and want to hear from us more often, please subscribe to the blog.
You will also find our authentic sense of humor in the writing, nothing too stuffy or formal. We can't wait to share more with you!
More than 40 Million Americans struggle with Anxiety. See our checklist of symptoms to see if you may be one of them.
