Hello Prayer Partners,
I hope you are enjoying the festive spirit that comes with these holidays at the end of each year. “Every good and perfect gift comes from above” and I am enjoying and thankful for the plenty we have in America. This is a wonderful time to reflect on our blessings, love on family, and show kindness to those around us. Because of God’s gift in Christ we have joy and love to share with others!
Two weeks ago I traveled over thirty hours from the Eastern part of India down to Tampa Florida to see my family on Thanksgiving. The three weeks of travel in India were exhausting, but God blessed in so many ways. My heart was moved when I met many native missionaries who have been persecuted and suffered for the gospel. I was able to preach Jesus in many places and see hundreds respond to the gospel, including Muslims and Hindus. God is opening doors for me to return and many pastors and missionaries are requesting I plan extended visits to preach, teach, and disciple in the future.
A few more churches have agreed to support International Evangelism in the coming year and I am so grateful. The need for clear teaching on the gospel is so evident as I visit schools and churches around the world. As an evangelist, this is my heart and calling! There are a few more individuals who have asked to meet with me concerning support. It is coming in slowly but surely. Praise God.
After enjoying a few days with family for Thanksgiving I met Brother Dave in Pensacola and we made a long journey on Saturday into the mountains of Weston, WV. Hope’s Point Baptist Church was planted by Pastor Daniel Vaughn. It is exciting to see new converts every time we return! Record crowds came during the week as Dave preached to the adults and myself to the teens. There were three professions of salvation Sunday evening at the Danger Games teen outreach and two more during the week. This Sunday Pastor Vaughn baptized five people into the church and three were baptized last week.
Tomorrow morning Dave begins preaching and teaching at Pensacola Christian College. Pray for spiritual power and physical strength during the busy week ahead. I am diligently planning this off-season for 2018. Please pray that all the pieces would come together with the many trips we are planning and that the gospel would be furthered through these trips.
There are many more blessings and a few more prayer needs I could mention, but that’s enough for now. We are thankful for each one of you who pray and support us. We can often see God working because of your prayers and we are always encouraged by your uplifting words.
God bless you and your family,
