Marketing Toolkit

SME Learning Portal

Raring to go further with a fresh new look!

As part of the Institute’s continuous effort to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and resources to support the growth and development of local enterprises, we have upgraded our Marketing Toolkit portal with a fresh new look!

These toolkits provide DIY, hands-on guides and templates for businesses to learn more about the fundamentals of marketing, social media and ecommerce marketing to enhance your online business presence and better connect with the customers.

Although the portal has been designed with the SME Industry in mind, the contents are not exclusively useful to SMEs only. The topics and toolkits are generic in nature and can be useful for anyone pursuing knowledge in business and management.

We hope you find the self-help tips and templates useful for a quick and simple implementation.
