The dates for the book club for the new season are:

  • Thursday, October 27th at 7:00 pm via Zoom

  • Thursday, November 17th at 7:00 pm via Zoom

  • Thursday, January 19th at 7:00 pm via Zoom

  • Thursday, March 23rd at 7:00 pm via Zoom

For our first meeting we will be reading Shut Up, You’re Pretty by Tea Mutonji. In November we will be reading Such Hardworking People: Italian Immigrants in Postwar Toronto by Franca Iacovetta and for our January meeting I am suggesting Toronto’s Girl Problem: The Peril and Pleasures of the City, 1880-1930 by Carolyn Strange.
