Haringey Development Vehicle FAQ

We will highlight key issues linked to the HDV in our regular communications with residents – this month:This is just in my entrance corredor in front of the door of my flat , as soon they so the damaged they cause they went. I don't know the name of the company .

Will council tenants in a home proposed for redevelopment have the right to return to a property on the same estate?

Yes. Haringey council's overall policy on housing estate renewal says clearly that the utmost will be done to rehouse any existing council tenant in the same area, if that is what they want. For the projects proposing to be delivered by the HDV, there has been a guarantee of return to every resident that wants it.
