Good morning fellow Richmond District neighbors!

Hello everyone and happy October! We hope this finds you well.

2019 has been a bit quiet in our neighborhood, but things are starting to pick up with citywide elections for offices like District Attorney as well as an IMPORTANT RACE in District 5! In addition, there are some exciting new developments in our neighborhood, including the first Bay Wheels stations and more to come.

While there have not been any exciting new proposed homes in the Richmond recently, our neighbors in Laurel Heights have one of the largest opportunities we’ve seen on the Westside, with 744 new homes approved by the Planning Commission back in September. It’s nice to see all neighborhoods doing their part and especially thrilling to see more homes on the Westside, which still has much work to do to help us alleviate our housing crisis in San Francisco.

CALLS TO ACTION
Below are a few events coming up in and around the neighborhood.
