How Oilco Group used The GC Index to drive change
Dr GC, Chief Psychologist at The GC Index, shares a story of organisational change at Oilco Group - a distributor of Petroleum Fuels & Lubricants.
 
The large majority of staff were long serving, with many of them having worked with Oilco for 15 years or more, and the work itself had continued in much the same way since the 90's. A new chairman was brought into the company to drive change and it was his role to look for innovation and transformation.
