Through our coaching with individuals we know the extended lockdown has left many people feeling low in energy and even slightly negative. So, if you have felt a little low at certain points and unsure about how you are going to make an impact you are not alone and the good news is that there are lots of actions you can take to change how you feel.

We have designed the infographic above to provide a high level view of how people can make their best impact. For example, if you are a high Polisher playing in a space where you have the opportunity to make things better this is likely to energise you and show you at your best.

Virtual working is something most of us have had to become used to over the last couple of months and many people think it's here to stay. So how are you finding the whole virtual team working?
