SAD Launches Distribution Plan for Hope's End-Time Secret

by Tercio Marques  | Publishing Ministries Director, South American Division

The South American Division (SAD) has made plans to distribute 1 million copies of Mark Finley’s book, Hope's End-Time Secrets. During the recent SAD board, the division voted for this project to be the responsibility of three departments: publishing, evangelism, and personal ministries.

A series of 20 videos have been created to supplement the reading of the book, one video for each chapter. Every customer will receive a voucher with a password to access the video platform. The SAD has also developed 20 sermons, along with a set of Bible studies and PowerPoint presentations, to accompany each sermon.

The distribution plan will involve church members as well as regular and student literature evangelists (LEs) to distribute the 1 million copies by the end of 2020—200,000 copies distributed by church members and 800,000 by LEs.

Church members have been encouraged to study one chapter per week for 20 weeks. Some have already been buying the book, using it for evangelistic purposes. Recipients are given two books, one to keep and another to be used for missionary outreach.

Fernando Iturra, a literature evangelist from Chile, distributed 211 copies of Hope's End-Time Secrets in December 2019 alone. Most of the books, 90 percent of them, were given to evangelical pastors and members.

Mexico to Distribute 5 Million Missionary Books

by Erwin Gonzalez | Publishing Ministries Director, Inter-American Division

The Chiapas Mexican Union Conference has launched a bold project to distribute Mark Finley's 2020 Missionary Book Hope Beyond Tomorrow. Instead of hosting only an impact day to give the book en masse, the union will designate an entire impact week, with Finley leading evangelistic meetings every night. More than 5 million copies of the book will be distributed in Mexico in a single day on April 18, the World Literature Distribution Day.

Malawi Union Holds Publishing Seminar

by Levison Kandoje  | Publishing Ministries Director, Malawi Union
The Malawi Union Publishing Ministries Department organized a publishing seminar for union and local conference leaders, as well as Publishing Ministries directors. The seminar was held at the Malawi Union headquarters in Lilongwe from January 13-15, 2020. Forty-three delegates were in attendance.

The meeting was officially opened by Petro Sukali, Central Malawi Conference president, representing union president Frackson Kuyama.

Publishing Ministries leaders Stephen Apola, associate director at the General Conference, and Super Moesi, director for the Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division, facilitated the meetings. The main areas covered included Publishing Ministries mission and vision, leadership, policies, products, and techniques to recruit and establish regular and student literature evangelists. Total Member Involvement was emphasized through the distribution of missionary books by church members. After receiving challenging and inspiring presentations, publishing directors expressed their determination to grow the work to the fullest extent, to ring true our favorite motto: I LIVE FOR MISSION, LIKE NEVER BEFORE!
