Spotlights on ... for our new store in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands!

We have to admit it: this one was quite a ride. Planned and anticipated a long time before the pandemic hit, we have gone through all kind of emotions with the realization of our third permanent location.

And here we are, more motivated than ever to serve customers at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam with our dedicated book selection and personal service, starting from Thursday, March 18th.

Until we can open the doors to the greater public, we will offer shopping by appointment like we do in Amsterdam and The Hague. Stay tuned for our announcements via social media in the beginning of next week. Once possible, book your slot and come say hi at:

Russell Shorto: Smalltime. In discussion with Arnon Grunberg

Best-selling author Russell Shorto, praised for his incisive works of narrative history, never thought to write about his own past. He grew up knowing his grandfather and namesake was a small-town mob boss but maintained an unspoken family vow of silence. Then an elderly relative prodded: You're a writer - what are you gonna do about the story?
