Our team have been hard at work, delivering classes on mindfulness, athlete values, compassionate communication, and even the concept of "love" in sport.

We've also had some wonderful chances to advocate for mindfulness in sport, including partnering with the Olympic Channel and UK Sport, as part of
Mental Health Awareness Week.
