Find the right yoga style

So you bought the Introduction Card, great choice!

Our suggestion is to use the card to explore the different styles of yoga that are offered at Delight Yoga. Especially because we know how hard it can be to find the right style that suits your needs.

At Delight Yoga, we offer four main styles of yoga: astanga, yin, hatha and vinyasa. On the schedule you will also find styles that are derived from these main styles or that are a combination of styles.
