So, what's next?

Voting day for the federal election is Saturday, 21 May, which means we have almost two weeks to keep the NDIS in the spotlight and get good, solid commitments from our politicians to #DefendOurNDIS - before they earn your important vote.

Mask mandate - what it means for your supports

At Avivo, we are doing all we can to keep our customers and colleagues safe while we pay attention to COVID case numbers.

Although the mask mandate has been lifted in most instances in Western Australia, masks must still be work by support workers when carrying out supports.

Avivo has also chosen to keep wearing masks as we return to the offices this month.

While we know the masks can be a tad impersonal, it's important that our Avivo colleagues continue to wear them until advised otherwise by the State Government.

The Julian Pittendrigh Arts Grant is available to Avivo customers, and supports a diverse range of creative cultural pursuits.

This grant provides $600 to one customer each year to support their arts practice. It was launched in 2015 following a gift from former Avivo customer Julian Pittendrigh, who wished to support fellow customers’ creativity.
