On April 10, the University of South Carolina community came together to Give 4 Garnet. One of the initiatives was to name the Alumni Center in honor of President Pastides and First Lady Patricia Moore-Pastides. The initiative was successful thanks to the generosity of so many Gamecocks and now the Alumni Center is named after a couple who embody service, love and the spirit of “forever to thee."
Meet T’Meira Brown, this year's Richard T. Greener Scholarship recipient. T'Meira is a recent graduate of South Aiken High School. In the fall, T’Meria and her twin sister T’Mya will be attending UofSC and majoring in public health.
Fall Band Party is Friday, October 18! This event is hosted by My Carolina's Young Alumni Council and will be headlined by alumnus, Pat Cooper. Tickets will go on sale this summer. A variety of sponsor opportunities are now available at all levels.
