The Lewis Headache Center Team would like to update you on some changes to the RSVP process for our yoga for headache classes. We understand that there has been some confusion about how to access the class calendar and RSVP. In order to simplify this process, we ask that you utilize the email address Yogaforheadache@dignityhealth.org for all questions related to yoga classes, as well as to RSVP or cancel.

Please email Yogaforheadache@dignityhealth.org with any questions, or to RSVP for any of the classes listed above. Class size is limited to 10 at this time, and will be on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified upon receipt of your RSVP if you are confirmed, or if you will be placed on a waitlist.
