Portsmouth High graduate Charlie Howard was tragically killed in July 1984, when he was only 23. Today's memorial dedication ceremony will focus on remembering Charlie and celebrating his life. Organizers write, "Much focus on Charlie has been on his death. But there is much to learn from Charlie’s life: to celebrate difference, to believe in oneself, to enjoy the beauty of life, to be kind, and to stop and smell flowers." Today's ceremony will be held at the high school auditorium entrance and will feature guest speakers, music, reflections and refreshments. Please RSVP to Eilee Marousek at emarousek@sau52.org.

EXCITING RECAP
We DID IT! We raised enough money to put up @transpainter's beautiful billboard in Manchester for the summer! I am beyond grateful to everyone who made this happen, and am overwhelmed by the generosity and enthusiasm our community has shown for this effort. ❤️
Our "You Are Loved" billboard will go up on Monday, JUNE 13 above Wild Side Smoke Shop on Elm St. (Check it out and tag @transpainter and @OutboardNH on Instagram so we can see your photos)!

Thanks to your generosity, we were also able to donate 25 signs to Manchester high school students at the Pride celebration hosted by Manchester West for Equity this Friday! (Thanks Richella for making this happen!)
More to come about what's next (including proper thank-you's and how we'll celebrate the billboard going up, and which corner of the state we'll be bringing the love to next), but I just wanted to let you know the good news!
