YOUR HOLIGAY AGENDA
Enjoy buying gifts for friends and family, supporting local businesses, and donating to community organizations? Wish you could do all three things at once (and avoid the frenzy of the upcoming post-Thanksgiving "holidays")?
That's the idea behind the HoliGAY Fair Makers Market.
Here's how you can participate this weekend in the holigay spirit:
- Black FRIDAY: Get your gift-buying done early by checking your email this weekend for our guide to HoliGAY Preorders.
- Small Business SATURDAY: Don't worry about making the drive to all your favorite local shops, you can catch these 25+ small businesses & local artists next Saturday all in one place!
- Cyber MONDAY: Not local or can't make it to the event? Order gifts online from vendors with online stores, including Mount Cabot Maple, Nubble Light Candle, Coyotesnout, Naises Glass, and Lovering Health Center's Etsy shop, as well as books by local authors, J. L. Long and Ocean Cocco.
- Giving TUESDAY: Every dollar you spend at the HoliGAY Fair goes directly to people who are making a difference in our community, including organizations like RFFNH, 603 Equality, and Lovering Health Center. And you can also support those folks doing community building work outside the traditional nonprofit system, like NH PANTHER, LezHang Seacoast, and Queerlective (and The Outboard!), as well as the artists, craftspeople, business owners, and other folks whose "for profit" work greatly benefits our communities as well!
Then join us at Throwback on Sat, DEC 3 to enjoy the best part of the *actual* winter holidays:
coming together in community, gathering around a fire and sharing food and drinks with friends and chosen family.
And more shopping, of course!
