Announcement!
We are gathering actors, singers, dancers and crew to collaborate on our production of The Gold in the Ground.
It is a play based on a folktale from Kazakhstan about a farmer and a shepherd who find a pot of gold.
They don't have any use for it, nor do their children, so they take it to the Wise Man to ask for advice.
Among the Wise Man's students is one who makes a suggestion that turns the plot toward adventure, hope and magic.

With middle eastern songs and prayers, a wedding dance, a flock of escaping birds, and a garden that grows before our eyes.
We expect the production to take place during the month of May, with a rehearsal period of two weeks, depending on scheduling availability of all participants.
