MassRobotics receives cummings grant 
We are thrilled to be expanding our STEM programming with a $100,000 Cummings Foundation Grant.  This will help us to continue to provide and expand young women of color a direct pathway to transform an interest in STEM to a passion and career in the tech field.

Activ Surgical successfully completed an Institutional Review Board study using their ActivSight intraoperative imaging module.  The potential impact of the ActivSight imaging module and Active Surgical visualization technology improves patient safety, is easy to use, and allows surgeons to see critical elements that were previously impossible to see with repeatable accuracy during procedures - read more here.

The Robotics Medal will be given to a rising female academic researcher for achievements, contributions and impact in the field of robotics. By highlighting the achievements of female roboticists, the award is meant to inspire future generations as they prepare for and pursue technical careers in robotics and provide a platform to showcase the impact of these technologies on our future. Nominations are now open thru July 15th.
