Next month one of our charity ambassadors, Jo, is launching a virtual mindfulness event on Facebook. Do you need some time for yourself, to unwind, relax and feel refreshed? Then this may be the event you’ve been waiting for.
When you sign up online, for a £10 donation you will receive access to a private Facebook group for the month of May. Jo will be posting mindful tasks and activities on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. At the weekends there will be a guest video, with meditation and other activities for you to enjoy. The tasks will be manageable and not too time consuming – something you can enjoy without any pressure.
Hopefully the Mindful in May group will provide you with some wellbeing ideas and activities that you can take away and put into practice during these busy and uncertain times.
