Performance review do's and don'ts: 2020 edition |
The year 2020 is coming to an end, which for many means that it's time for annual performance reviews. Here at Eduflow, we have performance reviews throughout the year (once every three months), and each month we sit together for a 1-1. In this email we share our performance review template, so you can see for yourself how Eduflow supports us in this process.
Not everyone has a positive feeling about performance reviews though, and some employees even wish that they would disappear completely. What do you think, are performance reviews in or out? Is it justified to conduct performance reviews after such a turbulent year? Did the pandemic change the way performance reviews are being done? All that and more is covered in today's newsletter.
It’s time for recess!
